Collectors not arriving on time

Grouping –Will be as 2009, picking out of a hat. Each member has one request per season to tee-off early.

Medal play to be introduced for peers groups. The intention is to scrap stableford in favor of medal play in future seasons.

Sunny trophy - Cup to be awarded / prize money / masters points (1st 7, 2nd 5 and 3rd 3)

Masters – Change to October / starting Wednesday to Sunday / include Oct society day on the first day / Masters for 3 following days / Ryder cup last day.

Matches – Vice Captain to take responsibility for organizing all fixtures. Members to be advised as quick as possible if they have been picked. Once picked, they cannot drop out unless life or death situation. If they do drop out, they have to find replacement or forfit being picked for future events.

Propose change the Masters Event to Invatational, all in 4 rounds 3 rounds then a cut off, Ruby M's Invatational final on last day. New Prize which should be also given to past winners a new Shirt, with Logo Masters winner & year & £200 voucher

Masters format to continue; end of season a prize given £150 voucher

Proposed change of golf day to a Monday, and Back at Ruby ms' for Dinner before poker night, subjext to Umesh & Poker club approval

Past members to be invited back with out any 3 play rule.

New golf shirt to be worn at all events, if not £10 fine or no qalification points to be applied.

Purchase of Laptop of lease of one for Mak , to make the Hcp system and software.
