Note: the question was put to all members via email and a topic put up on the website forum for members comments. There where no replies or comments.
Proposed: Bucks, Porter Park, Verulam, Welwyn Garden City, Fox Hill, Shandish Manor, Hadley Wood, Manor Of Groves. Dave will look into a Sunday/Monday golf day. We will try Last Thursday Of Month. September event will now be the first day of the Masters Event, venue TBC
Split between weekdays and Sunday’s to remain (March/Sep/Oct-Sunday events): Approved, 27 hole all events except March/Oct.
Subs: Currently £100 (£20 Subs / £80 Advance payment for all events). Will Continue
Note: Subs should be paid by January 31st 2010 to either Jay or Umesh at Ruby M's. Late payment will constitute £10 late payment charge. Approved-fine increased to £20, and if not paid by first event, first event will be £75. Umesh will look into opening an addition bank account on the back of Ruby M's Bank. If they don’t have money on day they play as guest, and carries on until subs are paid.
Confirm number of events to be played within the year to retain membership. Currently 4 out of 8.
If any member is having difficulties meeting the required number of events, they should let the committee know to retain membership. Will remain 4 out of 8.
Questions: Should we have Trophies? Currently trophy given to winner only
Approved, the sponsor’s trophy will be presented to the monthly winner.
Masters Event- proposal to make this an invitational so that all who attend qualify.
Proposal that as all who attend the Masters event qualify no need to have event in March for weather, so move to September, in the UK or abroad (Possible venues St Mellion or Old Thorns). Over 4 days.
· Day 1: Sept Ruby M's Day & Masters Points Stable ford Points
· Day 2: Masters Stable ford points
· Day 3: Masters Stable ford- after third day there will be a cut off (50% of attending qualify to play final on day 4)
· Day 4: Masters Final day.
New Format carried, Committee will come up with venues UK and Broad.
DNQ’s on final day will play a competition, TBA

New Sunny Trophy: Proposal if the new format of Masters is bought in then we propose that the Sunny Trophy adopt the current Masters Points with slight points system change. Prize of £100-1st, £50-2nd, 3rd-25, to the end of season winner, and small trophy to take home.
Points system change proposed: All events count to final total
· All who attend get points so if 29 people attend, 1st gets 29 points last position gets 1 point, and all in between. Approved, in the event of tie count back will be applied.
· All events count towards the Sunny Trophy

Groupings for 2010: proposal all grouping and all tee off’s to be picked out of a hat on the day of the event.
Approved, peer events remain 3/5 , and one event will be strictly based on HCP.
Inter Soc. Matches: Vice Captain to take responsibility for getting Ruby M’s team and coordinating. The team will be pick one month in advance from the order of merit. Proposal that the team members earn £10 Ruby Ms Voucher for playing and £10 for winning there match. Once picked for team no dropouts or no future pick will be made for the team. All info will be put on the website once we have been given dates and venues.
£10 voucher given to each player in the team only if the team wins, Team Reward
Currently we have 4 booked (BOGS home/away, refiky club, guju club) potential 2 more.
Low take up of End of season presentation dinner Nov 14th @ Moor Park. Should we do one next year? Yes, for Wives and Kids, venue and costs to be addressed. Proposal to take £5 from each player at each event to go to fund the 2010 Dinner/Presentation (Potential venues Ruby M's).
Donate towards the end of season optional.
Purchase of Laptop to assist Mak with the Handicap’s so the can be done at the event and results given at the presentation. Cost up to £300. Or looking for donation of laptop from a member.

Starter and Collectors not turning up.
If the Starter or Collector does not turn up there should be a £10 fine. Dipesh will email out the names of starters and collectors a week in advance.
Fines: £10 fine for not wearing the Ruby M’s Golf shirt.
Golf Shirt, Cap & Tank Top, must be worn except in adverse weather conditions.
Cut off will remain at one week in advance.
